The new titularization
exercise has just begun and we would like to inform
you of the following:
Are
eligible for consideration (subject to the criteria
established by the Circular Serie 6, N° 452
(Rev.1) dated 8 April 1993):
-
General Service staff at headquarters and in field
offices who were recruited before 31 May 1997;
and
- Professional staff
recruited before 31 January 1999.
It
should be recalled that line managers are under
the obligation to advise the staff member concerned
of the reasons for not recommending her or him for
titularization (JNC decision, 26 March 2004).

you would like the Staff Union Committee to check
that your name is on the list, please submit a request
in writing your name and the date of recruitment,
by e-mail syndicat@ilo.org
