Following a number of
internal actions and studies that have been carried
out on the subject, a document addressing the problems
and challenges faced by staff working on technical
cooperation projects has been prepared by the Staff
Union in the three working languages (Staff
Union Bulletin N°1351).
The
document has been sent to HRD, to serve as the basis
for actions which the Staff Union Committee proposes
to undertake in support of staff financed by technical
cooperation. A working group on Technical Cooperation
has already been established within the Staff Union.
