Collective Agreement on a Procedure for the Resolution
of Grievances
dated 13 September 2000 (the Grievance Agreement)
and
Collective Agreement on the Prevention and Resolution
of Harassment-related Grievances
dated 26 February 2001 (the Harassment Agreement)
The Staff Union Committee
advises that in order to assist the Ombudsperson with
her workload the Staff Union has, through the Joint
Negotiating Committee agreed to both a transitional
(Annex
2 to the Grievance Agreement and Annex 1 to the Harassment
Agreement) and a further temporary measure (Annex
3 to the Grievance Agreement and Annex 2 to the Harassment
Agreement) for an extension of the time limits prescribed
under these agreements.
