Practice sessions during the summer months are held in Pregny.

The club has four teams (three men's teams, one women's team) competing in different divisions of the Geneva Amateur Basketball Association (ACGBA) or Geneva Basketball Association (GAB). During the season, from October to May, each team participates in games on an average of one per week according to the official schedule. Whenever possible, we organize week-end trips and tournaments in various cities.

The Basketball Section of the S&L organises a mixed team - men and women - with one or more other Geneva-based organisations to participate in the UN Inter-Agency Games each year.
