Brief description

VKT (The All-Russian Confederation of Labour) has over resent years affiliated a number of local branches in car industry. VKT wants to establish a sectoral umbrella organization for these branches. In addition will attempt be made to attract local trade union branches with no affiliation to national trade union centers.
