Brief description
The ILO project will tackle the problem of BDS market development by providing chances for familiarization with the SIYB programme, accessing a wide range of SIYB materials, that will lead to growing understanding among key stakeholders (governmental structures - local employment services, SME support agencies; private BDS companies, financing institutions (banks), international donor agencies represented in the republics.
