Brief description

The project aims at strengthening tripartism and social dialogue. The ILO activities in support of social dialogue aim at strengthening the capacities of the social partners to contribute to the national development processes, this with a particular focus on key labour market issues such as decent job creation, skills development and fundamental principles and rights at work and the rights of institutions – beginning with the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
