The new strategy of development of Kazakhstan till 2050 will form new social policy principles, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said.
"The state will provide the citizens with minimum social standards and support only those who really need this," Nursultan Nazarbayev said in Astana today in a message addressed to the people of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the president urged efforts to "improve the system of social security for mothers and children, introduce unified standards of quality in healthcare services and improve the logistics and staffing of our healthcare system".
