Russia to ratify ILO Paid Educational Leave Convention

A draft federal law on ratification of the ILO Paid Educational Leave Convention, 1974 (No.140) will be submitted to the government for consideration soon.

In this Convention, the term paid educational leave means leave granted to a worker for educational purposes for a specified period during working hours, with adequate financial entitlements.
