On April 26-29 the ILO’s chief technical advisers and national project coordinators for Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia had a mission to Vienna within the framework of the EU-funded ILO/OSCE/ICMPD regional project “Development of a comprehensive anti-trafficking response in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.” They took part in the OSCE experts’ meeting on trafficking for labour exploitation in the agriculture sector, as well as participated in the project coordination meeting hosted by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD).
At the coordination meeting participants discussed introduction of the main elements of the second phase of the project, project budget and country-based specifics. National project coordinators made presentations focusing on the challenges and lessons learned.
