A Web-Based Animation of “Rights at Work Handbook” Developed
A web-based animation of the “Rights at Work Handbook” has been developed and is now available. The handbook was originally published in hard-copy to be distributed to participants of the training and seminars held within the scope of UN Joint Programme “Growth and Decent Work for All: National Youth Employment Programme and Pilot Implementation in Antalya.”
“Rights at Work Handbook” was published to inform young people of their rights and responsibilities in the world of work. Since the book received wide interest, the web-based animation was developed to reach a greater audience. The animation includes details of workers’ constitutional fundamental rights, social protection, unionization and collective bargaining, rest and health and safety rights of the workers. Also covered are the specific laws and protections for young and female workers.
