ILO has produced a pioneering Code of Practice
on HIV/AIDS and the World of Work.The Code provides a set of guidelines for governments, employers' and workers' organizations
for developing policy and programmes on HIV/AIDS in the world of work. -
The Code of Practice is a reference point for framing laws and policies in over 70 countries. It is available in
English - (pdf 127 kb)
and translated into 40 languages globally.

The project has developed a
compendium of workplace policies in India - (pdf 133 kb) based on the ILO guideline of the Code of Practice.
