Capacity building

Strengthening program and technical capacity of partners to effectively respond to HIV/AIDS particularly, the enterprises, employers' and workers' organizations are one of the key approaches of the project. This involves development of need-based training manuals, programmes and communications materials.  The main activities and outputs of the project are working with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Trade Unions, Employers, SACS, Corporate Groups and INP+.
