Title Corporate Transformation and Human Resources Management in the Philippines in the context of the Asian Crisis: workshop and related background research
Objectives 1. To identify patterns of success among large and medium sized companies that lead to successful transformations and that support desired business outcomes in: customer satisfaction, cost control, technological innovation, and process improvements.
2. To advocate progressive organizational transformations among small and medium-sized Filipino-owned companies.
