Objectives 1. Technical assistance to the Government in examining issues relating to the implementation of ILO standards concerning conventions on Freedom of Association (87), Equal Remuneration (100), Maternity Protection (103), Discrimination in Employment and Occupation (111), the Abolition of Child Labour (138), and Termination of Employment (158).
2. Review of industrial relations and occupational safety and health laws, development of the legal information services and the training of officers and inspectors of the Department of Employment and Youth, both at the central and provincial levels.
