Objectives 1. Strengthen the capacity of national authorities, social partners and other organizations in improving the protection of workers in micro and small enterprises; develop mechanisms for improving and enhancing productivity and income of these enterprises.
2. Develop training packages integrating elements on enterprise development and workers' protection.
3. Formulate a regional programme on MSE development and workers' protection in collaboration with participating countries.
