Presentation of Best Women Entrepreneurs of
Aceh Awards 2006
BANDA ACEH: The
International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Indonesian Employers’
Association (APINDO), joined by the BRR, and UNIFEM, celebrated the
International Women’s Day with the themes to promote role models for
women entrepreneurs and to secure gender mainstreaming in all process of
reconstruction and rehabilitation initiatives in Aceh and Nias. Over
100 business women, representatives of the donor community and UN
agencies, and local government attended the International Women’s Day:

Programme for National Examinations Phase II

students in the Province of Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD)
failed the national exams phase I conducted last June. It is reported
that around 24,381 junior high school children had failed. Devastated
