The posters have been designed under 3 themes for the Competition which are as follows;

1. Productivity Through Occupational Safety and Health
2. Machine / Mechanical Safety at the Workplace
3. Let us create a Healthy Workforce

The association received an overwhelming response for this activity which was evidenced by the large number of creative posters received as nominations for the competition. It was also an indication of the commitment of the Employers' and Employees towards occupational safety and health in the country. Dissemination of news of the competition was channelled through Trade Unions, the Department of Labour as well as the Employers' Federation of Ceylon
