Description
The project is based on an institutional capacity building approach through public-private partnership and the interventions aim at strengthening the institutional capacity of JobsNet employment services centres to deliver professional and demand driven services to 12,000 job seekers, employers and other customer groups through the country. The institutionalization strategy enables the project to maximize its outreach in a cost effective manner to build up sustainable local structures that will continue providing support services once project support has come to an end. This will be carried out through an Internet labour exchange and JobsNet offices.
