Description
The project will provide technical assistance to Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand and contribute to the alleviation of poverty through a study identifying the problems, approaches and strategies and provide a draft policy framework with guidelines for improving the basic skills and employability of the working poor in ILO member States in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region.
