This meeting will build on the successful First Technical Meeting of the Regional Skills Network Partner Institutions in November, 2005 in Korea, which involved all member States in the region. It will focus on planning technical cooperation activities, together with Partner Organizations, on skills recognition, qualifications frameworks and the mobility of workers. This was a major theme identified in the First Technical Meeting.
