This ILO-IPEC project has been working in the field of anti-trafficking
interventions for eight years. During that time, we've taken the
approach that evidence-based interventions are the way forward. In other
words, without some hard facts to base our interventions, we'd be just
guessing at what's needed. That's why our research, particularly The
Mekong Challenge series was conducted to first learn the situation on
the ground and then make specific recommendations for interventions to
Governments, Workers' and Employers' Organizations - our constituents,
as well as the NGO sector.
In fact, since their publication, you'll find that some of those
recommendations have already been acted upon! All of our publications
are available free of charge - you can find a directory of those
