| Since its inception some three years ago,
the project has evolved based on practical
lessons learnt. Internally, this has meant
for example that the national project in Viet
Nam could learn from the work in Cambodia,
which had embarked on its programme a year
earlier.
The project has panned out differently
in the five countries involved, which all
have their distinctive social cultural and
political contexts, though there are strong
common threads in each one. The ILO-TICW
project has gathered together material to
share with others about its gestation, development
and future vision. SELLs are about Sharing
Experience and Lessons Learned, and about
features of the project which are found
to be noteworthy, and therefore worth selling
or promoting:
