Empowerment for Children, Youth and Families: 3-R (Rights, Responsibilities and Representation) Training aims to provide life and work skills to children, youth and adults in their home communities, and to migrants living and working in towns and cities in their own or other countries. The increased understanding and skills will allow them to make more informed decisions about their lives, seek viable work opportunities and increase their voice and representation in their families, communities and workplaces. The training kit is designed as an interactive tool for use in communities with children, youth and families, especially those at risk of child labour and trafficking of children and women for labour and sexual exploitation. It is an action-oriented tool for trainers and field workers to improve understanding about gender equality, rights, responsibilities and representation among children, youth and adults who face hardships in life.
