NOTIFICATION
OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR
Re: Diseases Arising in Connection with Work*

By virtue of the provisions of Clause 2 (6) of the
Announcement of the Revolutionary Party No. 103, the Ministry of
Interior hereby issues a Notification that the following shall
be the diseases arising from the nature or conditions of work or
occupational diseases:
1. Diseases arising from arsenic or poisonous compound
of
arsenic.
2. Diseases arising from lead or poisonous compound of
lead.
3. Diseases arising from manganese or poisonous
compound of
lead.
4. Diseases arising from phosphorus or poisonous
compound
of manganese.
5. Diseases arising from poisonus halogen which is
derivative of hyfrogen in the oil group.
6. Diseases arising from benzene or other similar
poisonous
substances.
7. Diseases arising from nitro derivatives and amino
derivatives with poisonous benzene and other similar substances.
8. Diseases arising from mercury or poisonous compound
of
mercury.
9. Diseases arising from chromium or poisonous compound
of
mercury.
10. Diseases arising from carbon dioxide.
11. Anthrax.
12. Asbestosis.
13. Pheumoconiosis.
14. Byssinosis.
15. Diseases arising from beryllium or poisonous compound of
beryllium.
16. Diseases arising from radioactivity.
17. Diseases arising from wood alcohol.
18. Diseases arising from carbon tetrachloride or poisonous
compound of carbon tetrachloride.
19. Diseases arising from other chemical substances or
poisonous compound of other chemical substances.
20. Skin diseases arising from contacting substance due to
the performance of work.
21. Diseases or illnesses resulting from heat, cold, sound,
light, shock variation of air pressure due to the performance of
work.
22. Other diseases or illness resulting from the performance
of work.
This is effective as of to-day.
