Although very few offices have women in decision-making positions, efforts to integrate women in many facets of daily life is increasing. This bring the issue of decent work for all, irrespective of gender and disabilities. This picture depicts a female teacher who is visually handicapped teaching students in a classroom in Paro, Bhutan. The teacher uses Braille to prepare and teach her lessons. Just a few years ago, the issue of disabilities and the desire of disabled persons to participate in regular occupations such as teaching, was a distant dream but it has become a reality with many disabled people having decent occupations and work.
