Maddy Langley works at Northcott Disability Services as an administration support officer. Her role involves providing support to several children's therapy teams and playgroups for children with special needs. Northcott is an equal opportunity employer who provides people like Maddy the chance to pursue careers they are passionate about. The Northcott building is fully accessible and any adaptive equipment required to complete a job is readily available. Staff are disability aware which creates positive attitudes and enhances understanding of different peoples’ needs in the workplace. Maddy is a breath of fresh air and an asset to Northcott.
