Tran Van Giang, 25, has a disability that makes his body bent over, causing problems in his daily life. He stopped attending school in the 7th form due to poverty. In 2005, he started working  in the An Tuan garment company in Kien An, Hai Phong. As a diligent person, his productivity is even higher than non-disabled people. He is now a chief worker, earning 600,000 VND/month (US$37.4) and is an exaample to other people. Giang said, “I am lucky to have sustainable employment.
