Sameer Kuaisap, 30, works as a linemen supervisor at AMS Fashions, a garments factory located in Noida, near New Delhi. With 30 employees under his supervision, he is a busy man and keeps running around to make sure the work is properly executed. In 1991, he lost his right hand following a work accident. Today, he enjoys working for the company, handling responsibilities and benefiting from a good salary and medical insurance for his wife and daughter.
