Miss G.Alagu was affected by polio when she was one and a half year old.  She is from a near by town by name Kambam which is about 120 Kilometers from Madurai where she lives now.  She completed her fifth standard in her city and then moved to Thirumangalam a nearby city to Madurai compleged her twenth standard and then moved to Madurai where she joined in her Bachelor of Commerce course and during her study for Bachelor Degree, she completed courses in Computer like DTP, Tally and C+ and now working in a printing press.  Her parents are willing to keep her with them but Alagu says “I should not depend on my parents and I should be on my own” and that is the motive of Alagu.
