Objectives
The seminar aims to discuss the issue of social security for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon and to propose concrete policy options to inform the formulation of a social protection strategy for Palestinian workers and their families.
It brings together experts and key players in the field of social protection including representatives from government institutions, international organizations, civil society, professional syndicates and the private sector.
The event is organized by the ILO, in partnership with the Committee for Employment of Palestinian Refugees (CEP), as part of the project "Improving Access to Employment and Social Protection for Palestinian Refugees Living in Lebanon".
