2010 - In order to support its constituents, the ILO developed strategic partnerships with key development institutions in Gaza, including the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and the Cooperative Housing Foundation (CHF). In doing so, ILO has placed employment creation, and its supporting policies and systems, at the centre of the recovery and development agenda.
