"Carnaval" Discussion List on Trade Unions and Vocational Training.

"Carnaval" seeks to be a tool for communication, information exchange and horizontal cooperation for those interested in topics related to vocational training. "Carnaval" works in a very simple way, you do not need specific knowledge in informatics. You just need to be an e-mail user. Once you subscribe to "Carnaval" you send the messages to "carnaval@cinterfor.org.uy"and your messages will be sent automatically to all the other subscribers. Also, you will receive any message sent by a subscriber.

The "Carnaval" list can be used for different purposes:

- To spread information on events, publications, activities and experiences from the field of vocational training that are of interest to trade unions.

- To maintain collective discussions on training and related topics (employment, wages, education, labour security).

- To coordinate logistic and organisational aspects of regional or international activities related to trade unions and training.

Cinterfor/ILO is not responsible for the opinions of the participants, but the centre will watch over the list in order to ensure that it is being used according to its objectives.
