Seeks to divulge five pioneer experiences carried out in the training
field by trade unions. Rural labourers, children and youths, active
and unemployed workers are included among the participants of the programmes
outlined. All these experiences seek to develop a comprehensive concept
of training that includes individual and collective knowledge, within
the framework of social, cultural and economic inclusion processes.
From a general overview of the different experiences, what shows up
clearly is that trade unions may be leading players, not only in the
execution of training actions, but also in the management and transformation
of training.
