The continuous industry transformation, associated to
the economic and organizational changes, imposes great challenges for
the human resources training and qualification institutions.
Faced with changes in the management demand for qualified
workers, this institutions need to find solid ways of preventing qualitatives
and quantitatives changes in those areas where regular technical courses
and services are offered, beyond identifying new performance areas.
Future is uncertain and the diffusion of new technologies
depends on a series of elements that are a priori invaluable. Meanwhile,
anticipating changes is essential for sound decision-making, that optimize
resources and minimize risks of professional obsolescence.
Facing this challenge, SENAI developed, in partnership
with brazilian universities, a prediction model constituted by a group
of complemented methodologies.
This document presents the consolidated methodological
procedures supporting the diffusion of prospecting actions in the SENAI's
scope as well as in other national and international vocational training
institutions.
