Mr. J. Nkurlu

Senior Specialist in Occupational and Safety Health and Child Labour Focal Point

 Mr. Nkurlu, a Tanzanian national, joined the ILO/SAMAT in August 1993. With the Team his responsibilities lie primarily in strengthening the capacities of the Constituents to address issues related to Occupational Safety and Health. He also promotes the ratification and implementation of International Labour Standards related to Occupational Health and Safety.

Mr. Nkurlu also assists Constituents in coming up with policies that promote the abolition of child labour as well as encouraging member states to ratify ILO Conventions related to child labour.
