Ms Chuma-Mkandawire, a Zambian national, joined the ILO/SAMAT in April 2001. With the team her responsibilities lie primarily in promoting and supporting Small Scale Enterprises (SMEs): the main aim being to create a conducive environment for SME development to ensure job and enterprise creation.
