Publications

The ILO’s Library and Information Centre is responsible for collecting, processing, and disseminating key labour and employment information to ILO Lusaka Office and project staff, ILO constituents, UN sister-organizations, NGOs, researchers and other affiliated institutions, and the general public.

The ILO’s Library and Information Centre plays a central role in establishing and maintaining contacts with the media and other institutions. Further, the Library and Information Centre stocks key ILO publications and undertakes the sale of ILO publications in Zambia.

The Centre responds to email, (email address:pulications@ilo.org) telephone and fax as well as personal requests for information. The Library provides access to ILO databases on CD-ROM; these include LABORDOC, ILOLEX, NATLEX, and the Encyclopaedia of Occupational Health and Safety among others.
