  • ILO- Women’s Entrepreneurship Development and Gender Equality Project - [pdf, 43 KB]
    2008 - 2011 - Phase III of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Development and Gender Equality (WEDGE) project will continue to promote women’s entrepreneurship and support women entrepreneurs to create decent employment, achieve women’s empowerment and gender equality, and work toward poverty reduction. The overriding aim of Phase III will be to build the capacity of local partners in such a way that the ILO’s approaches and tools in women’s entrepreneurship will be embedded and ongoing.
  • Promoting Decent Work for People with Disabilities through a Disability Inclusion - INCLUDE - [pdf, 10 KB]
    2008 – 2011 - INCLUDE has its origins from experience in promoting the participation of women with disabilities in mainstream women’s entrepreneurship activities under the ILO/Irish Aid Partnership Programme components ‘Developing Entrepreneurship among Women with Disabilities’ (DEWD) and Women’s Entrepreneurship and Gender Equality (WEDGE).
  • Promoting the Employability and Employment of People with Disabilities through Effective Legislation – PEPDEL - [pdf, 11 KB]
    2008 – 2011 - The project ‘Promoting the Employability and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (PEPDEL) is now in its third phase, as part of the ILO-Irish Aid Partnership Programme, 2008-2011. Activities during the third phase will be implemented in four partner countries in Eastern and Southern Africa - Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia - as well as in three countries of Asia (China, Thailand and Viet Nam).
