The International Labour Organization, ILO, is the United Nations specialized agency which seeks the promotion of social justice. ILO is built on the constitutional principle that universal and lasting peace can be established only if it is based on social Justice. ILO is the source of such all hallmarks of industrial society as the 8-hour day, maternity protection, child labour laws.
