STEP new project covering six African countries
STEP enters in a new phase and increases its activities in Africa, with the support of the Belgian government. A new project covering six African countries (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Benin, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Morocco) has been signed in January 2004.
