STEP supports healthcare complementary mutual organizations set up by State agents unions in the three countries of intervention (Senegal, Benin, and Burkina Faso). These mutual organizations constitute additional factors of mobilization and intervention of States on the promotion of mutual organization movement and topics such as contractual action.
