West Africa - MAS Pilote

MAS Pilote is a Healthcare Micro-Insurance (MAS) schemes follow-up software. It aims to provide support structures with a follow-up and assistance tool for MAS performance.

An instrument panel for efficient follow-up

MAS Pilote software proposes eleven indicators allowing the follow-up and analysis of the evolution of MAS memberships, contributions and benefits. In order to be more efficient, this follow-up tool has to be used as a base of restitution and analysis with responsible officer, members, registered beneficiaries and other MAS associates.

Regular updates

The software is created on the base of recent experiences in healthcare micro-insurance in West Africa. The eleven proposed indicators rest directly upon the functional mechanisms of MAS systems and on their capacity to provide follow-up information.

MAS Pilote was created by STEP programme in Africa and has been developed in partnership with the IT service of Mutuelle des Volontaires et des Contractuels de l’Education (MVCE - Dakar, Senegal).
