MAS Gestion is a software to support main activities of technical management of Healthcare Micro-Insurance scheme (MAS): membership management, contributions and sickness benefits.
A tool for management, follow-up and control
MAS Gestion software is intended for MAS managers. It facilitates simple and fast operations related to the registration, follow-up and control of membership, contributions and benefits. It includes a concise accounting module that allows the establishment of a technical result. Nevertheless, it is not an accounting software.
MAS Gestion is also intended for MAS responsible officers. It allows them, thanks to the indicators of the instrument panel, to have an effective tool of piloting and follow-up of their insurance schemes.
A support tool
MAS Gestion allow information echange with support structures (mutual organizations unions, NGOs, etc.) that use MAS Pilote software. This one indeed gathers the same indicators of the instrument panel and allows the simultaneous follow-up of many MAS.
In order to be more efficient, MAS Gestion has to be used as a base of restitution and analysis with the responsible officers, members, registered beneficiaries and other MAS associates.
Regular updates
The software is created on the base of recent experiences in healthcare micro-insurance in West Africa. The thirteen proposed indicators rest directly upon the functional mechanisms of MAS systems and on their capacity to provide follow-up information.
