- Ceremony and Minister's Message

The Ministry of Employment and Human Resources Development planned a commemorative ceremony for victims of occupational accidents, diseases and deaths. There will be a Special Mass by the Roman Catholic Church and the Anglican Church on Sunday the 27th of April at 9:00 a.m. The Special Mass will be held at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Dignitaries, including the Minister, will be invited to attend. During the special mass, the Ministry of Employment and Human Resources Department in collaboration with its Social Partners will make a donation of protective equipment to the Roman Catholic Bishop as a symbolic gesture. There will also be a special message delivered by the Minister over Radio and Television and in the print media.
