- Commemoration

Labour and other stakeholders
The Nigeria Labour Congress will join
the Federal Ministry of Labour and other stakeholders to commemorate the ILO
World Day for Safety and Health at Work on Monday, the 28th of April. The Focus
will be on, "Managing risks in the workplace: strategic partnership for
promoting decent work in Nigeria." The Programme will draw over 500 participants
from industries, Federal Ministries and Commissions to look at the cost of
workplace accidents, injuries and diseases, and occupational cancer and the best
safety practices around the country.
