  • Meetings
    Organized by: The Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC)
    Experts for trade unions and employers' organisations will participate in meetings in three regions of the country on the 23rd of April to discuss the possibility of a new agreement on the prevention of stress at workplaces, the state of occupational safety and health and possible solutions to occupational safety and health issues.
  • Press Conference
    Organized by: The Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC)
    The Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC) plans to hold a press conference in order to announce the World Day events for the 28th of April. At the press conference, the President, A. Knezevic, will speak on the topic, "Safe and Healthy Work for All--Employers' 'Responsibility'" along with representatives from employer's organizations, trade unions, the Economic and Social Council, the National Council for Occupational Health and Safety, and others involved in occupational safety and health.
  • Official Ceremonies and Reception
    Organized by: Ministry of Economy, Labour, and Entrepreneurship and the Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC)
    On the 28th of April at 11:00 am, official ceremonies will take place at the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship. The ceremonies will bring together approximately 600 representatives, including presidents of trade unions affiliated with the Union of Autonomous Trade Unions of Croatia (UATUC) and representatives from the UATUC. Following introductions by Ante Vucic, President of the National Council for Occupational Health and Safety and the Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, presentations on the 28th of April themes will be made by the President of the Economic and Social Council, representatives of employers' organisations and trade unions, occupational medicine practitioners and a member of the National Council for Occupational Health and Safety. A reception will follow.
