The Finish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) will publish information on World Day for Safety and Health at Work in its African Newsletter on Occupational Health and Safety 1/2008 Youth and Work Issue. The African Newsletter, which will come out in April, is made in collaboration with the ILO.

The Centre for Occupational Safety will hold as seminar in Helsinki for 550 participants, which is fully booked. Among the participants will be occupational safety and health personnel and other occupational safety and health professionals. The seminar is being planned with various actors involved in the Finnish Safety sector, including the Ministry of Social Affairs.
