Recording and notification of
occupational accidents and diseases. This code of practice
aims
to improve the
recording and notification of occupational accidents and diseases, especially with a view to
developing preventive
measures. Topics covered include legal and administrative arrangements, enterprise-level
recording, the extension
of provisions to the self-employed, the compilation of statistics and the investigation of
occupational accidents and
diseases. Equivalent recommendations are made for commuting accidents and dangerous
occurrences and
