The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work has launched its 2007 campaign Lighten the Load to tackle musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in the workplace. The campaign aims to promote an integrated management approach to the problem, embracing the prevention of MSDs and the retention, rehabilitation and reintegration of workers who already suffer from them.

CIS has prepared a bibliography containing references to a selection of items reflecting the theme of the campaign. References contain full bibliographic descriptions, including abstracts and links giving access to the documents on the Internet when available. They are extracted from the CISDOC bibliographic database, a practical tool for seeking information of international interest on occupational safety and health.

The bibliography is available in English, French and Spanish.
